Do you accept OEM orders with our own drawings?
Yes. We manufacture to your drawings, or develop a new model with our design team. Send drawings, a sample, or a specification and we will confirm manufacturability, tooling needs and price.
What is the minimum order quantity for a first order?
The minimum order quantity is 1 set. Low MOQ and custom colour/size options are available on request, which makes a first test order practical before committing to a full programme.
Can you develop a completely new model rather than relabelling an existing one?
Yes. We maintain an in-house R&D team with proprietary mould development capability, enabling custom dimensions, colours and structural configurations rather than minor cosmetic changes.
Which parts of production do you control in-house?
Aluminium profiling, surface treatment and assembly are all in-house, plus product R&D and mould development. Ample raw-material inventory is held on site to support flexible OEM/ODM partnerships.
What certifications do your products carry?
Our outdoor pergola and gazebo products are CE-certified and produced under an ISO 9001 quality management system. Ask us for the current certificate set relevant to your market before ordering.
What is the lead time and how do you ship?
Standard lead time is 15–20 days after order confirmation. Products are packed in plywood export crates for sea freight. We support both FCL and LCL, and can arrange shipping or work with your designated forwarder. Documentation and customs compliance guidance are part of the service.
How is quality controlled before shipment?
Three gates: incoming inspection of raw material, in-process sampling during production, and pre-shipment final inspection covering function, finish and quantity.
