20 Years in Aluminum Outdoor Products
BROWN CARDON is based in Chongqing, China, where our team designs, manufactures and exports aluminum pergolas and outdoor shade structures. We began in 2008 with outdoor frameless balcony windows, moved into aluminum and uPVC outdoor doors and windows, and in 2018 brought European sunroom design into our own product range. We exhibited internationally for the first time in 2020 and have been supplying overseas buyers since.
Today we run an in-house design team with patented pergola and sunroom products, and we also manufacture for other factories and brands as an OEM / ODM partner.
From Profile to Packed Crate
1. Design & Engineering
We work from your drawings or develop a new model, then confirm profile sections, colours and fixing details.
2. Fabrication & Assembly
Profiles are cut, drilled and assembled in-house, with the frame squared and checked against the drawing.
3. Function Testing
The complete unit is assembled and function-tested — louver travel, fixings and finish — before it is approved.
4. Export Packing
Packed in a plywood export crate with metal corner brackets and corrugated dividers, ready for long sea freight.
Quality Control & Documentation
Every order is checked against the approved drawing before it leaves the factory. We photograph the assembled unit for your approval, and include installation drawings with the shipment.
