Yes. Our aluminum pergola has passed rigorous testing in severe cold, heavy snow, and storm conditions, with excellent load-bearing capacity and strong resistance to pressure and stress. Is the louvered roof fully waterproof when closed?
Yes. The roof louvers are sealed with weatherproof gaskets, and the integrated drainage system channels rainwater away efficiently, keeping the space dry underneath even in heavy rain.
How durable is the motor and electric system?
The motor is rated IP65 for water and dust protection, and the system is tested for 10,000 cycles of opening and closing. Replacement parts are available for long-term maintenance.
Is installation complicated? Do you provide guidance?
Not at all. The structure ships in predrilled, modular panels with numbered parts, and we provide installation drawings / video tutorial / online guidance. A team of 2 people can complete assembly within 1 day using standard tools.
What is your lead time and how do you ship?
Standard lead time is 15-20 days after order confirmation. The products are packed in export-standard reinforced cartons and wooden crates, making them suitable for sea freight. For the full cost picture, see landed cost when importing from China. We can arrange shipping for you, or work with your designated forwarder.
What warranty and after-sales support do you offer?
We provide 5 years structural warranty and 2 years motor warranty, with responsive after-sales support and spare parts supply for long-term cooperation.
